ILONA OFFERS FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE 600 DKK WITHIN DENMARK.
Orders below 600 dkk will be charged with an additional shipping fee of 65 dkk.
After forwarding your order, you will receive an e-mail with the invoice and receipt for your order. Shipping's are made traceable so none of your jewelry will get lost in the mail.
EUROPE
ILONA OFFERS SHIPPING TO ALL EUROPEAN COUNTRIES.
The shipping fee is always 20€.

UK
ILONA ONLY ACCEPT SALES AND SHIPPING TO THE UK ON ORDERS ABOVE 135 £ DUE TO RECENT TAX LAWS.
Any order made from the UK on less than 135 £ will be annulled. The shipping fee is 34,29 GBP on all orders above 135 £.

ILONA OFFERS WORLD WIDE SHIPPING.
The shipping fee on all orders outside of Europe is 299 DKK/47,57 USD/64,31 AUD/60,02 CAD.

RETURN
RETURN YOUR ILONA JEWELRY WITHIN 14 DAYS.
If you wish to return any of your received ILONA jewelry, you can do so within 14 days after you received your package. Jewelry that you want to return can be tried on but not worn or damaged. ILONA does not cover the costs of shipment for a return.
If you wish to exchange your ILONA jewelry for another one available, you can do so within 30 days after you received your package. Send me a message under contact explaining what you want exchanged, and I will ship you the new jewel as soon as I receive the old one. ILONA does not cover the costs of shipment for the jewelry sent back to the store.
All jewelry returned to ILONA must be in original ILONA packaging and secured nicely as you received it. ILONA does not cover the cost of any damaged items incurred during the return.
The rules of return do not cover custom orders or jewelry in solid gold. Custom orders cannot be returned nor exchanged. Jewelry pieces in solid gold can be exchanged to a gift certificate or other items in similar value.
GUARANTEE
ALL ILONA JEWELRY HAS A TWO YEAR GUARANTEE.
If any of your ILONA jewelry breaks during the first two years after you received them, ILONA will repair the jewelry and cover any costs regarding the repairment. ILONA does not cover the shipping costs regarding a repairment.
ILONA does not cover damage or oxidation to the surface of the jewelry made in contact with liquids, sweat or bad storing such as leather etc. Please read the information on how to care for your jewelry under CARE in the menu.
